Low cost, professional, knowledgeable and all round good guy! Richard was indeed an absolute hero. I called him and within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem with my lock, filling me with confidence and putting my mind at ease. We have a heavy door with an intercom to enter. The lock finally gave way so I did a google search and went for the one which wasn't a call centre. Richard arrived within half an hour. He gave me a quote up front and had all the materials in his van. Within 20 mins it was fixed. I was very happy with the service and I will use him again. My front door key didn’t work. Hero Locksmith helped me out very quickly. The workman was prompt, courteous and knew what he was doing. He even had loads of parts in his van. He was able to sort out the door key in no time at all. The charge for the work I had done seemed a fair price. Overall, very pleased , and yes I would use his service again. Happily.
